Payment Terms

• Setup and implementation fees are non‑refundable once work has commenced.

• Subscription services automatically renew each billing cycle.

• Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or restriction of platform services.

• Services may resume once outstanding payments are settled.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice.

The current billing cycle remains payable and setup fees remain non‑refundable.

Access to the platform may continue until the end of the billing period after which services may be disabled.

Intellectual Property

NextGen Intelligence retains full ownership of all platform technologies including:

• AI assistants and voice agents

• automation workflows

• marketing funnels and templates

• analytics dashboards

• prompt engineering and AI configurations

• integrations and backend architecture

• SEO automation systems

• proprietary frameworks and system infrastructure

Clients receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use the platform but do not acquire ownership of the underlying technology.

Data Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their business and customer data collected through the platform.

Upon termination of services, data may be exported upon request in a structured technical format compatible with the platform architecture.

Exported data will not include proprietary platform logic, automation structures, AI prompt systems, dashboards,

or any internal intellectual property belonging to NextGen Intelligence.

AI Services Disclaimer

NextGen Intelligence provides AI assistants and automated systems designed to respond to inquiries and assist with bookings.

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on automated responses.

NextGen Intelligence is not liable for decisions made based on automated AI responses.

Medical Use Disclaimer

Healthcare providers may use the platform for administrative communication and appointment scheduling.

The platform is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Healthcare providers remain responsible for compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA where applicable.

incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding billing period.

Termination

NextGen Intelligence reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms of Service,

engages in prohibited activities, or fails to meet payment obligations.

Updates to Terms

NextGen Intelligence may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
